About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Allergy & Asthma Associates as an Experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist.  This role is essential in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
3-5 years experience
-Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
-Schedule appointments and maintain an organized patient calendar.
-Verify patient insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
-Collect and manage patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
-Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
-Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
-Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
-Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for patients.

Requirements:
-Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor are essential.
-Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
-Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
-Previous experience in a front desk role in a medical setting is a plus.
