Second Chair Plaintiff'-Side Birth Injury Litigation Attorney (1471527-CBS-ATTY) Fulton, Maryland Salary: USD150000 - USD151000 per year An established and growing plaintiff-side medical malpractice firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join a newly created trial team focused on catastrophic birth injury cases. This position offers hands‑on responsibility, substantial courtroom exposure, and a clear path to increased responsibility on nationally significant cases.
