Home Health Referral Coordinator - Intake & Coordination
Integrated Home Care Services Inc
Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) is seeking a Referral Coordinator in Miramar, FL. You will manage intake for healthcare services, acting as a liaison between patients, IHCS and health plans while ensuring accurate patient information and insurance verification.
The role requires 2+ years in intake referrals within Home Health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
