In this role, you will be on the front lines of patient care, ensuring medical safety while fostering a therapeutic environment built on trust and professional excellence.Key Responsibilities:Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide medical assessments tailored to patients in various stages of recovery and withdrawal.De-escalation & Crisis Management: Utilize strong verbal de-escalation skills to manage challenging behaviors and maintain a calm, safe environment for both patients and staff.Clinical Documentation: Maintain consistent, accurate, and timely electronic health records (EHR).
