Deputy Administrator of Retailer Operations And Compliance

This position is designated as SES, General. USDA structures its SES positions into position levels. This is a position level II with a salary range of $204,122 - $216,010 per year. Exceptions to the salary cap may be considered in certain circumstances. SES employees are also eligible to receive bonuses and performance-based awards. Candidates should be committed to improving the efficiency of the Federal government, passionate about the ideals of our American republic, and committed to upholding the rule of law and the United States Constitution. Operation Mindset Innovation Strategic Thinking Technical Qualification (TQ) Demonstrated executive leadership in providing strategic oversight and execution of complex national initiatives related to ensuring program integrity, including directing large-scale operational programs, nationwide in scope, and sensitive in nature. Proven track record of delivering measurable results in program integrity improvements. Executive-level experience planning, coordinating, and executing national compliance functions, including but not limited to oversight of complex investigations and administrative actions.
