About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to support business growth, customer relationships, and operational success throughout the Charlotte market. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in foodservice, food distribution, hospitality, restaurant operations, or outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Drive sales growth within an assigned territory
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Train and support customer locations
• Analyze sales performance and market trends
• Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in foodservice, food distribution, restaurant, hospitality, beverage, or related industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing customer accounts, territories, or operations
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Valid driver's license required
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
