You'll work with individuals and families, including veterans, union members, association members, and other working families, helping them understand available supplemental benefits and financial protection options.

This is a  beginner-friendly opportunity , so previous insurance experience is not required. We provide structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development to help you build the skills needed for success.

What You'll Do

  Support Individuals & Families

As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you'll meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments and provide professional, personalized assistance.

Responsibilities may include:

• Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals interested in learning about available benefits

• Listen to each client's needs, priorities, and concerns

• Answer questions regarding available benefit and coverage options

• Provide clear, professional explanations

• Assist with applications and enrollment

• Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews

• Assist existing clients with beneficiary and policy-related service needs

• Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Build long-term relationships through consistent, dependable service

️  Educate Clients About Their Protection Options

Once appropriately licensed, you'll help individuals and families understand available  life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options .

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, you'll learn to identify individual needs and help clients evaluate the options available to them.

The goal is to provide an experience centered on:

This role combines  customer service, relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales .

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a computer or laptop

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have webcam and microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications

• Be willing to complete required training

• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state  Life & Health Insurance License

  Virtual Interview Process
