NOW HIRING: PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT
Middlefield, OH
$22/Hour + Monthly Bonus!

Chardon Mancan is partnering with a facility in Middlefield, OH that is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join their team!

SCHEDULE
MondayFriday | 2025 hours per week
Professional, in-office position
Simple IRA with 3% company match

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Enter customer orders into QuickBooks Enterprise
Send order acknowledgements and updates via email
Track and expedite customer orders
Prepare invoices and customer quotations
Handle customer questions, feedback, and concerns
Assist with inventory and raw material scheduling
Manage warehouse inventory status and purchase orders
Coordinate shipping documents and freight carriers
Create packing lists and assist with freight claims
Answer incoming phone calls
Manage website and CRM activities
Establish and maintain the company's social media presence
Assist with marketing and promotional activities
Design and update electronic shop information boards
Create and update work instructions and manuals
Help with general administrative and office responsibilities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. You should have:

High School Diploma
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional time-management abilities
Strong phone and computer skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment
Microsoft Office knowledge and proficiency preferred
QuickBooks experience is a plus!

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for occasional short trips within approximately 10 miles of the facility to pick up lunches, light shop supplies, or office supplies.

Business mileage is fully reimbursed at the current IRS-published rate
$25/month cell phone allowance provided by the company
Execution of a non-compete agreement is required for this position.

Mancan is now accepting applications every Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Must bring in 2 forms of Gov't issued id and a resume if you have one.
