Description Job Title: Automotive General Manager The Automotive General Manager oversees all operations within a dealership, ensuring profitability, efficient operations, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage sales, service, parts, finance, and administrative departments, while driving growth, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction Oversee sales team performance, providing coaching, training, and motivation to maximize productivity and revenue Manage fixed operations, including service and parts departments, to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, safety regulations, and industry standards Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in dealership sales management and fixed operations, within a Ford dealership Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, service operations, and parts management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve profitability Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field preferred Requirements: Ford Motor Company experience required Proven experience in automotive dealership management, as a GM required. Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, including sales, finance, service, and parts. Analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and forecasting. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CDK Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
