Job Details: Position Description: Cardiac Telemetry Unit, 25 beds, responsible for monitoring and caring for patients with cardiac conditions. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: BLS & ACLS certifications, currenct TNCC certification, at least 1 year of telemetry experience, in addition to a valid licensure to practice nursing. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to handle a fast-paced unit with admissions, discharges, transfers, procedures, and ability to make timely notifications to physicians regarding patient condition changes. Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Position includes specific responsibilities such as responding to admissions, discharges, and transfers, performing EKGs, and prioritizing patient care based on clinical judgment. The unit operates with a team of charge RNs, RNs, technicians, and a unit secretary, primarily focused on cardiac care.
