Tus Funciones Principales Gestión y Cumplimiento Académico: Asegurar que los procesos se ejecuten conforme al Catálogo Académico y vigilar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y regulaciones externas (Enforce academic policies and procedures). Representación Oficial: Firmar documentos y autenticar registros (Sign documents and authenticate records). Representar al área ante acreditadoras y reguladores del país. Control de Expedientes: Supervisar el correcto registro de estudiantes y mantener actualizados y veraces sus expedientes académicos (para acceso y graduación). Liderazgo de Equipo: Planificar las cargas de trabajo, revisar indicadores diarios, capacitar al personal y fomentar un clima laboral armonioso y favorable. Análisis y Reportes: Elaborar informes estadísticos sobre matriculación, graduación y otras métricas del área (Compile reports of statistical data). Atención de Incidencias: Garantizar la resolución de solicitudes de clientes internos y externos en los tiempos establecidos. Perfil Buscado Profesional graduado en Carreras Administrativas, Pedagogía, Educación, Ciencias Sociales, Ingenierías y/o carreras afines. Experiencia Mínimo 1 año desempeñando funciones administrativas y/o académicas (de preferencia en el departamento de Registrar). Conocimientos y Habilidades Técnicos: Conocimiento sólido en procesos académico-administrativos y normativas legales del sector educativo en EE. UU. Tecnológicos: Dominio de paquetería MS Office y uso de las TIC. Competencias: Liderazgo, toma de decisiones, comunicación asertiva, proactividad, adaptación al cambio y excelente organización bajo presión.
