Hotel IT & Guest Experience Leader

The Fairmont Hotel

Fairmont Century Plaza seeks an IT Manager to deliver technical and operational support for guests, staff and hotel systems in a luxury property. You will ensure security compliance, optimize systems, and troubleshoot across PMS, POS, IPTV and VOIP platforms. The role requires leadership experience, strong end-user support, and ability to collaborate with vendors and corporate IT.
