Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Placements from initial intake to successful close.
• Be a Client Ally, fully grasping their hiring needs, pain points, and cultural nuances.
• Source Talents Strategically through our exclusive CRM/ATS, while leveraging your own professional network.
• Utilize Our Advanced Platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, and automated follow-ups, keeping your processes efficient.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting benefits for clients and ensure strong commissions for your efforts.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership while building both our brand and your own.
