Planner

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Associate Services Planner will support the preparation and close-out activities for professional learning services engagements, ensuring timely completion of work activities and maintaining accurate records in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as a partner to the Lead Services Planner in scheduling, staffing, and completing professional learning services Track upcoming engagements, enter staffing plans into the scheduling tool, and confirm assignments with coaches Lead preparation activities for service sessions, including logistics communication with customers and internal coordination Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating professional learning or similar services Highly detailed and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks Commitment to meeting service level expectations Proactive communicator with strong customer-centric orientation Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
