Brand Social Senior Associate

FIGS is hiring a Senior Associate, Brand Social to manage and grow our organic social media presence This person will be connected to Social Media culture and contribute to building our incredible community on organic social This individual will report into our Manager, Brand Social Support the planning and execution of the social media content calendar Brief creative team on content in a timely and organized manner Build an engaged community on the FIGS TikTok by creating new relationships and engaging with creators in our space Daily management of public customer communications, engaging with our followers on FIGS’ owned posts and contributing to the conversation by commenting on popular posts in the medical community Work closely with Social Media and Community teams to plan, organize and collect UGC from content creators Ideate and pitch new content formats and content styles in order to continually evolve the FIGS brand visually Identify unique and relevant marketing opportunities, including trends to take advantage of, and be able to act upon those opportunities quickly Benefits Finance: Amazing 401(k) progream, with a company match up to the first 6% of your contribution. 100% FIGS-sponsored life insurance, disability insurance, access to an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and financial wellness learning opportunities. Requirements Strong understanding of social media, trends and culture.
