As an Inbound Call Center Representative here at Aveanna, youll play a vital role for our Patient Support Department, which is our first point of contact for our patients to call in and seek information and ask questions regarding their services and orders with us here at Aveanna.

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage 40-50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy! Whether you have experience in this industry or are brand new, our tailored training will provide you with the tools and skillset to navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape. This role is extremely important, as you will be the first person they speak with to properly represent Aveanna and our values.

Position Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center environment
  
  



• 
  Minimum of 1 years experience in the medical industry/ familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare)
  
  



• 
  High-school diploma or GED
