Position: General Laborer (Machine Shop) Schedule: Night Shift (Monday- Friday 4p-3:45a) Summary of Position A General Laborer provides hands-on support across the machine shop, assisting machinists. The role focuses on shop organization, material movement, basic preparation, and supporting production flow in a high-precision environment. Essential Functions Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers. Assist, as required, in the movement of materials or equipment within facility Clean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete material Handle, gather, and transport materials and equipment Use power tools and machinery as needed Follow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirements General cleaning in the machine department Prep and or set up necessary materials needed for machine Achieve quality and production goals Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Ability to work with and without supervision Personal effectiveness/credibility Clear and consistent communication with team Multitasking High School Diploma or recognized equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr Visioneering, Inc.
