Marketing Specialist Ozark Regional Vein & Artery Center | Renew Aesthetics | The Edge Location: 5433 West Walsh Lane, Rogers, AR 72758, USA Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Thursday, Flexible scheduling Compensation: $18 + DOE (Hourly) Overview We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team and help patients connect with services that improve their health and confidence. This hands‑on role works directly with our Marketing Director and the entire team across three established, growing brands. Responsibilities Assist with digital marketing campaigns and content creation Write and edit blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns Manage and schedule social media posts Support SEO efforts and update website content Compile, organize, and analyze marketing data and performance metrics to guide campaign decisions Assist with event planning, promotions, and community outreach Help strengthen brand awareness and business development initiatives Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Demonstrates initiative and follows through on assignments with minimal supervision Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Interest in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness marketing is a plus Familiarity with social media platforms, basic analytics, and content tools preferred (but not required) Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality in a healthcare setting What You'll Gain Marketing experience across multiple brands Mentorship from a seasoned Marketing Director Portfolio-building projects and measurable impact Exposure to healthcare, aesthetics, and men’s health industries Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization To Apply Please submit an online application with a resume and 2-3 examples of writing, social media, or creative work.
