Social Media Manager

We are partnering with one of the largest membership-based warehouse retailers in the world a brand serving millions of loyal members through hundreds of warehouse clubs and a rapidly growing e-commerce business to find a Social Media Manager to join their team in Bentonville, Arkansas! In this role, you'll help shape the social presence of a household-name retail brand, supporting local social programs, influencer initiatives, content creation, and community engagement efforts. What you'll be doing: Managing local social media programs and campaigns Leading influencer and creator partnerships Developing and publishing engaging social content Writing copy and managing content calendars Partnering with cross-functional marketing, merchandising, and technology teams Supporting campaign reporting, performance analysis, and ROI measurement Working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to execute high-visibility campaign What they are looking for: 5+ years of social media, content strategy, or digital marketing experience Strong influencer/creator marketing background Experience managing multi-channel social campaigns Knowledge of social publishing tools (Sprinklr preferred) Strong project and program management skills Ability to balance strategy, execution, analytics, and content creation Know trends before they trend Love creating content yourself, not just managing it Have experience in retail, e-commerce, or community-focused marketing This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly visible social team supporting a nationally recognized retail brand with millions of engaged members and a strong culture of innovation.
