Akkodis is seeking Assistant Content Manager for a Contract position with a Location: Bentonville, Arkansas (Hybrid) Salary Range: $25-30 on W2 benefits, the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Type: Contract Position Description We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Assistant Content Manager to support the development and management of photo product templates and designs for client Photo/Customer Printing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in content management, project coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration within a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will assist in executing content strategies, managing design workflows, and analyzing performance data to help deliver engaging photo product experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist in the procurement, launch, and refresh of photo product templates and designs across assigned categories. Support the Content Manager in managing the content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of design assets. Collaborate with internal teams and external design agencies to facilitate smooth project execution. Help manage creative briefs, look books, and design selection processes under the guidance of senior team members. Monitor and update product imagery, descriptions, and category graphics to maintain a consistent and appealing customer experience. Assist in analyzing sales data and content performance metrics to identify trends and support optimization efforts. Support the management of digital assets using client PIM and DAM systems, including job creation and asset enrichment. Participate in quality assurance reviews of products and designs pre‑ and post‑launch to ensure brand standards are met. Prepare basic reports and presentations summarizing content performance and project status for internal stakeholders. Help track project budgets and update budget trackers with estimates and actuals. Attend regular team meetings to stay aligned with campaign schedules and business priorities. Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Content Manager or leadership. Required Skills/Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in marketing, content coordination, merchandising, or related roles. Some experience working with retail or e‑commerce environments is a plus. Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with graphic/image file formats and digital asset workflows. Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and external agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn and improve. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and summarize findings clearly. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with stock photo websites and digital asset management tools is a plus. Desired Skills Experience or interest in photo or personalized product categories. Exposure to Product Information Management (PIM) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Basic understanding of project management tools such as Smartsheet or Jira. Interest in developing skills in content strategy and product merchandising.
