Potential to make up to $50.00 per hourSchedule: Part-time - AM & PMJob ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Service ExcellenceGreet guests promptly, professionally, and warmly- always using guest names when knownDeliver attentive, anticipatory, and personalized service that aligns with Mirbeau and Forbes standardsCreate a warm, polished, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the refined tone of MirbeauEngage guests with genuine hospitality and thoughtful, proactive service throughout the dining experienceUse refined language, tone, and body language that reflects Mirbeau's elevated brand and follows the Forbes language standardsConsistently exceed guest expectations through calm, composed, and detail-oriented serviceThank guests with sincere, personalized farewells and ensure a lasting positive impressionMenu Knowledge & Order ManagementMaintain complete knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, dietary accommodations, and preparation methodsUnderstand and communicate daily specials, seasonal offerings, and beverage pairingsAttend all pre-shift meetings and tastings to stay informed on offerings and changesAccurately take and repeat orders, entering them into the POS system promptly and correctlyEnsure all items are verified and checked for presentation, accuracy, and guest modifications before deliveryCommunicate special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen and management clearly and consistentlyMaintain familiarity with Agilysys POS system to ensure accurate billing and guest order trackingCollaboration, Communication & TeamworkAssist Dining Assistants with setting and resetting tables with linen, flatware and glassware before, during, and after serviceAssist with pre-bussing and clearing table items promptly, ensuring tables remain clean, uncluttered and comfortableMaintain clean and well-organized service stations and ensure restaurant floor cleanliness throughout the shiftCommunicate effectively with team members including hosts, bussers, bartenders, dining assistants, chefs and managementSupport fellow servers during busy times, assisting with food running, bussing, hosting and bar support as neededMaintain open and respectful communication across all departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesContribute positively to team morale with a composed, professional, and team-oriented attitudeHealth, Safety & HygieneFollow all food safety guidelines, including allergy awareness and safe food handlingAdhere to all sanitation and hygiene policies, ensuring guest safety and trustMaintain polished grooming standards in line with Mirbeau's elevated reputationEnsure proper uniform standards including clean attire and name tag at all timesReport any intoxicated or disruptive guests immediately to managementFinancial & Closing DutiesProcess guest checks and payments accurately using POS systemFollow all money handling procedures and ensure timely processing of transactionsComplete assigned sidework during and after each shift, including restocking and cleaning tasksFollow shift-end procedures, including cash-out, reporting and task checklistsAttend all required meetings and trainings as required by leadershipProfessionalismRepresent the Mirbeau brand through excellence in service, appearance and demeanorRemain composed and organized during high-volume service periodsBe reliable, punctual, and professional- especially during peak business times such as weekends and holidaysContinuously seek to improve guest experience through feedback, observation and commitment to excellenceQualifications, Skills & Educational RequirementsProfessional Experience & KnowledgePrevious experience in food and beverage service is required;
