Quality Supervisor

Overview Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Quality Supervisor/Engineer to work in the Perrysburg, Ohio area for a global tier-1 automotive supplier. Responsibilities Approving daily and scheduling time for Quality Technicians Scheduling quality-related activities in the facility and ensuring compliance to schedule for all product and product audits and testing Communicating internal and external findings to Quality Technicians Maintaining Quality Technician OJT training that is completed and evaluated Creation and maintenance of Quality Technician work instructions, evaluating and approving quality alerts, and other quality documentation as required Supervision of external sorting companies during shift to ensure compliance with company policies Tracking of internal sorts Coordinating and scheduling weekly quality team meetings Coordinating completion of assigned corrective actions Participates in cross-functional teams to develop control plans, PFMEA, and root cause analysis Review Customer Specific Requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 for understanding implementations Promote and assist in team building, build positive team member relations and demonstrate positive leadership skills; lead by example Promote and facilitate open door process, effective communication and fair treatment Participate and encourage continual improvement activities Organize, maintain and promote a safe work environment Adhere to customer requirements, business operating system and company policies Qualifications Qualifications are not provided in the description. #J-18808-Ljbffr
