Branch Manager IAs the Branch Manager of Woodforest National Bank, you will lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, acting as the business owner to ensure the branch serves as a key hub for all banking services. Most of your time will be spent in the branch location, engaging customers and team members to drive sales and increase deposits. OR a bachelor's degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience. OR successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.Formal Education & Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent required.Work Status: Full-Time.Supervisory Responsibility: Responsible and accountable for all personnel and employment decisions at assigned branch/location.Travel: Up to 25% for business development and community engagement.Working Conditions: Conditions include standing most of the time, may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.Technology Requirements: Must maintain a mobile device compatible with the Cisco Duo app for secure authentication.Organization: Ohio
