Accountant

Young10 Marketing is looking for a responsible Accountant to manage financial records, client invoices, payments, expenses, and reporting for our digital marketing operations. Your Role and Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of company income, expenses, payments, and transactions. Prepare and issue invoices for digital marketing projects and monthly retainers. Track client payments and follow up on outstanding invoices professionally. Process payroll, commissions, bonuses, reimbursements, and vendor payments. Reconcile bank accounts and review financial records for inconsistencies. Prepare monthly financial statements, expense summaries, and management reports. Maintain organized documentation for tax, audit, and compliance requirements. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting procedures. Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, or similar accounting software. High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information.
