Summary:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Must have 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for, preferable to be within one location but can be combined. - Must have 18 months of recent Stepdown experience (travel experience will suffice). - PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required. - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand. - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required. - Must have two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months; co-worker references will not be considered. **Certifications:** - ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required and must be active with nothing pending. **Licensure:** - Must have a permanent Ohio license at the time of submission. - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts on 1/1/23 and forward. **Additional Requirements:** - Traveler must work at least every other holiday. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, and an acceptable score on both assessments is required. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. **COVID-19 and Other Health Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. **Other Notes:** - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case. - Facility does not accept any license hits. - BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. **Travel Compliance and Modules:** - Mandatory modules are completed pre-start and annually, time varies by specialty. Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours if the traveler is on contract for a continuous year. - Modules are recorded via Silkroad.
