Most of our programs involve hardware in the loop where our software is integrated and tested with the hardware in a lab and then in the field. Our Indianapolis facility also supports a variety of other product lines serving multiple Department of Defense (DoD) customers, providing the opportunity to work on a diverse set of programs supporting the continued advancement of your career.ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide and coach one or more of our development teams in applying the Scrum framework effectively. The SCM will focus on producing timely and relevant software releases to meet customer expectations. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-organization, ensuring our teams deliver high-value product increments efficiently. V2X fully supports agile leaders to get advanced certifications to enhance their knowledgebase.As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:Facilitation of Scrum CeremoniesBacklog Management SupportImpediment RemovalValue Delivery FocusCoaching and MentoringScrum Process AdherenceInterface/coordinate with other stakeholders as needed (Program leads, product owners, other scrum masters, management, etc)Note: This position will require onsite work, typically a minimum of 3 days a weekQualificationsRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.2-5 years related experience in a Software Development environment or other related engineering experience.Minimum 2 years experience working in a Scrum environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and coach teams and individuals.A strong ability to self-organize and manage time and priorities effectively.Relevant experience or familiarity with common development and infrastructure technologies such as C/C++/C#, Java, Python, networking, Linux, and Virtual MachinesDesired Skills: Holds a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.Familiarity with one or more Agile techniques beyond basic Scrum, such as LeSS, Kanban, or eXtreme Programming (XP).
