Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects to ensure proper management towards successful conclusion
Manage large enterprise-type projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources
Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans
Define users and project team members' roles and responsibilities on the project
Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals
Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders
Mentor and provide guidance to intermediate level project managers including recommending training and experience
Lead end-to-end migration of on-premises Oracle Data Warehouse to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Manage relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and creation/oversight of final project deliverables

Required Qualifications

10+ years experience in complex IT projects or portfolio coordination involving multiple stakeholders across multiple business areas and geographies
10+ years experience with Cloud migration, Google, Data Warehouse, Migration experience
10+ years ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of SDLC to program/business stakeholders with little to no exposure to large software projects
10+ years ability to support Sr. project team staff to drive projects to success
10+ years strong organization, communication and presentation skills
10+ years experience in organizing highly complex and technical information
10+ years knowledge of multiple methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
10+ years experience managing projects within Azure DevOps
Strong knowledge of information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation
Experience in IT Project Management and IT digital transformation
Ability to work with technical team members and other IT professionals to flesh out project plans and risk registers
Strong communication and presentation skills required

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects
PMP Certified
Led end-to-end migration of on-premise to cloud data warehouse migrations
Strong knowledge in leading modernizing Oracle, PL/SQL, data warehouses using BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream
