If you thrive in a setting where your skills make a lasting impact and every day brings the opportunity to enhance someone's well-being, we'd love to meet you.Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:Administer all massage and body care services as detailed by the Spa Director in the most professional manner.Maintain accurate inventory controls of supplies used, and use supplies properly, sufficiently, but not wastefully, in a manner that provides excellent quality treatments with efficient use of productsTo be familiar with the contraindications of the skin and products to be placed on the skinUnderstand and follow Blood Borne Pathogen procedures at all times.Provide all treatments according to procedures and guidelines specified at all times to ensure the highest quality and consistent benefits and enjoyment for our guestsTo understand the importance of punctuality for appointments in SpaUphold all protocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment roomsAssist in the locker and/or waiting area and laundry room as neededPerform tasks deemed necessary by managementHandle guest complaints by following W&R Spa procedures and ensuring guest satisfactionCompensation & Benefits:Pay: $16.90 plus piece rate and gratuity averaging from $32.00 - $48.00 per hour401(k) MatchingAflac SupplementalTeam Member DiscountGrow With UsBorn from the elegant merger of the culinary and hospitality worlds, Appellation is much more than a typical hotel company.
