A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environment—helping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact. You’ll: Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support Navigate systems like Clarc, OneNote, LifePro, and Teams to resolve inquiries Guide users through the provider portal setup and usage Stay on top of emails and respond to cases inClarc Bring a positive attitude and contribute to team improvements Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service End your day knowing you made someone’s experience smoother and more informed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: 6+ months in a call-center experience 1+ year of customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication Organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems Experience in a virtual desktop environment Distraction-free remote workspace High school diploma or GED Preferred: 1–2 years of health insurance experience Familiarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) concepts Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing Additional expectations: Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera Comfortable in a diverse, inclusive, team-focused culture Complete pre-employment steps:
