Director, Thought Leader Liaison — National Strategy & KOLs

Amgen is seeking a Director of the Translated Leadership Lab (TLL) for KRYSTEXXA to guide the strategic direction of the TLL organization across specialties. This role will drive leadership, development, and training of a national team and shape brand strategy with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate has extensive biotech/pharma experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, KOL management, and data-driven decision making.
