Position Summary: Own B2B product marketing for Samsung TV Plus video content, developing sponsorship and content packages around programming, tentpole events, seasonal moments, creators, and talent, connecting each opportunity to advertiser objectives. Partner with Business Development and Content and Programming to align these packages with available rights, content opportunities, pricing, and delivery requirements. Lead go-to-market planning and execution from concept through launch, adoption, and repeat playbooks, coordinating readiness across content and commercial teams. Use advertiser feedback, market intelligence, and adoption data to refine TV Plus offerings. Work with Monetization, Finance, Sales, and program management partners to prioritize rollouts and evaluate commercial performance. Role and Responsibilities: Lead B2B Product Marketing for Samsung TV Plus- Serve as the primary point of contact for Product Marketing for Samsung TV Plus, working closely with cross functional teams to bring these offerings from launch into successful, always-on, must-buy offerings. Package New and Existing Offerings that Meet Customer Business Objectives - Take new TV Plus programming and develop from conception to launch advertising packages, working with content / BD teams to secure rights, pricing, and more. Build and Refine Value Propositions - Create clear, compelling narratives for Samsung TV Plus overall and for specific offerings/content, bringing industry and market intelligence into the mix Define the Samsung Product Arc - Work with Business Development, Content, Engineering, and Insights to build clear ‘sales ready’ turnkey programs, including cases, claims, and benchmarks that inspire confidence in sellers and adoption from clients. Partner Cross-Functionally - Work daily with Content BD, Programming, Marketing, Monetization and Sales to bring offerings to life. Regularly to go top-to-top and bring an informed recommendation on offering steer and deployment. Qualifications/Skills: CTV/Media/Advertising Product Marketing Expertise: 8+ years of experience in leading advertising-related product marketing programs, the majority of which have been spent driving leading product marketing programs in media, programmatic, sponsorship, and/or technology-related ad sales. Strong Packaging and Sponsorship knowledge: At least 5+ years of experience in sponsorships, packaging, and/or speciality moment offerings (e.g. tentpole moments, concert series, holiday, creators, talent, upfronts, etc). Strong familiarity with client expectations and outcomes, as well as industry standard pricing and bundling concepts. Experience developing and launching sponsorship within major media companies, broadcast networks, and streaming platforms, including CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, ESPN, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Tubi. Product Marketing Lifecycle Ownership: Experience in leading the full lifecycle of B2B, ads, or content product marketing development, from early-stage Product Manager / BD partnership to alpha/beta to general availability, partnering with cross-functional teams as needed. Proven Track Record of Successful Product Launches: Successfully developed, launched, and deployed new products, and accelerated adoption of existing products, especially within the CTV, programmatic, sponsorship, or advertising space. Outstanding cross-functional relationship: Particularly with Business Development, Content/Programming, Engineering, Product, L&D, Monetization, and Sales teams. Quantitative and GTM Familiarity: Proficiency in data analysis, basic 3rd party market research, and crafting product arc narratives. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (product, marketing, business, media, etc) Preferred Qualifications: Strong Market Landscape Knowledge: Direct experience at or with leading media, CTV/OTT advertising platforms, or related programmatic platforms (e.g. Meta, Netflix, Google, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Paramount, Disney, etc.) Familiarity with Samsung Ads products: Including but not limited to programmatic and direct offerings, device capabilities, and Samsung TV+ offerings Data-driven: Use data and metrics regularly to understand product adoption, quantify product feedback and performance, and overall commercial impact Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, as well as persuasive presentation skills Strong Operator: Exceptionally organized and operationally-focused Additional Information: Travel: This role may require occasional domestic or international travel (up to 15%) for internal and external meetings. CALIFORNIA/NYC ONLY The salary range for this role, for candidates based in NYC/California, is expected to be between $170,000 and $200,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
