Hospice Registered Nurse

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call and weekend rotations as needed.

As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care, enabling patients to achieve their personal goals of care while leading a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Your expertise in clinical skills and symptom management will be essential in delivering high-quality care in homes, nursing facilities, and other accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in various settings.
• Lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care.
• Assist patients in identifying and achieving their personal goals of care.
• Educate caregivers and families to instill confidence in their ability to provide care.
• Utilize strong assessment skills and critical thinking in symptom management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous experience in hospice or palliative care is highly preferred.
