Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: Shift: 8H Days Total Weekly Hours: 40 Certifications: BLS (AHA), Michigan Occupational Therapist License Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: Required Experience and Qualifications: - OT Experience: Primarily outpatient, some acute care. - Skills Checklist: Current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Occupational Therapy). - Supervisory Reference Forms: 2 completed within the last two years. - Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS. - Licensure: Active Michigan/MI Occupational Therapist License as per LARA. Additional Information: - Geographical Restriction: Candidates' permanent address must be outside a 50-mile radius. - Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month (Saturday).
