Seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Front of House Manager to help lead a high-volume, upscale-casual restaurant in Ardmore, PA.

About The Role:

As the FOH Manager in Ardmore, PA, you will assist the General Manager with full ownership of front-of-house operations, team culture, guest experience, and financial performance. You will lead a large FOH team, set the standard for hospitality, and help drive the restaurant to new levels of success!

Key Responsibilities for the FOH Manager:

• Lead, hire, train, and inspire all FOH hourly team members and support management team
• Own the guest experience on the floor - ensure every guest receives warm, authentic, and memorable hospitality
• Support sales growth and P&L management, including labor, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Maintain exceptional standards for service, beverage program, cleanliness, and safety
• Partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution
• Be a visible, hands-on leader during service - nights, weekends, and holidays
• Build relationships within the Ardmore, PA community and help drive local marketing and private dining sales

Qualifications for the FOH Manager Position:

• 2+ years of experience as a FOH Manager, AGM, or Service Manager in a high-volume, full-service, polished casual or upscale-casual restaurant ($4M+ volume preferred)
• Strong hospitality mindset with proven ability to develop people and lead on the floor
• Working knowledge of labor management, inventory, and service financials
• Must be open to nights, weekends, and holidays
