Family Coordinator

Overview Family Coordinator promotes coordination and integration of family-centered care to ensure participation and involvement of the entire family. This position also provides substance use counseling to participants and Family Support Network, counseling to parents/caregivers. This position will be responsible for administering and scoring screening and evaluation tools required by the project. Status: Full-Time Salary FLSA classification: Exempt Salary Salary Range: $48,000 - $52,806 annually Qualifications/Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health field required. Current state licensure (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LCDC, or LMFT). Knowledge of addiction and family systems theory. Experience delivering evidence based programs in a home setting. One year of related experience/training in youth services, community programs, or program development. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer knowledge is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance is required. Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
