Manage project accounting activities for multiple active construction projectsReview project budgets, job costs, commitments, and change orders for accuracyMonitor project cost performance and assist with variance analysisPrepare and post journal entries and support month end and year end close processesReconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet accountsAssist with revenue recognition and percentage of completion accountingTrack project billings, subcontractor pay applications, and retainage balancesPartner with project managers and operations teams to review project financialsSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as neededPrepare financial reports, project profitability reports, and ad hoc analysesAssist with audit requests and documentation preparationSupport process improvements and accounting system initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
