Collect rent, provide data entry for pending items. Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in. Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner. Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins. What You Will Bring: Must be willing to travel on a rotation schedule, with little notice – MUST BE FLEXIBLE 2+ years of experience in leasing/multi-family as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager. Be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work without direction.
