Starting Hourly Pay is $20.00 to $22.00

Available Shifts

• Day Shift 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday
• Evening Shift 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday
• Weekend Day Shift 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday, Saturday and Sunday *
• Weekend Night Shift 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Coming Soon)*

*Please Note: Weekend Shifts, If you work your complete scheduled shift, Get Paid for 40 hours!!

Material Handler Kitting job duties:

• Handle and manage materials that support printed circuit board and product manufacturing.
• Receive, count, and stock raw materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, labeling, packaging, stock rotation, and shelf-life tracking.
• Receive, sort, inspect, and verify warranty status of returned materials.
• Record inventory transactions and document material receipts and deliveries in company systems.
• Deliver materials to production and shipping areas following standard procedures.
• Prepare, assemble, and package upgrade kits for delivery.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures at all times.

Skills & Qualifications profile for Successful Candidates

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to accurately read and follow pick tickets and work orders.
• Understanding of inventory control processes, including cycle counts, FIFO, bin accuracy, labeling, shelf-life tracking, and min/max inventory levels.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
• Experience using reel counters and pallet jacks.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience with RF scanners for inventory tracking is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, machinery, temperature changes, and other industrial conditions.
• Ability to focus on detailed work involving small parts, computer screens, and documentation.
• Able to perform light physical activities throughout the day, including standing, sitting, climbing, repetitive motions, operating equipment, and handling materials.
• Able to lift, pull, and move materials, including items weighing more than 20 pounds.
