Wireless Sales Representative (bilingual)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Wireless Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys helping customers find the right technology solutions. What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with wireless activations, upgrades, and account services.
• Present and sell devices, rate plans, and promotional offers (including “free phone” promotions).
• Drive accessory sales and bundle opportunities with every transaction.
• Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Educate customers on products, features, and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and inventory standards.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive sales culture.

Key Performance Expectations:

• Gross activations and upgrades.
• Accessory attachment and bundle sales.
• Feature and protection plan offerings.
• Revenue and KPI performance metrics.
• Customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus but not required).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends).
• Basic technology proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
