Realty Project Coach

Position Summary As a Realty Project Coach, you will lead store and club remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US for Walmart’s Realty Execution team. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The role requires partnering with store team leads, supervising hourly associates, handling escalations, and keeping projects on track. Frequent travel across the US is required. Key Responsibilities Influence and motivate team members to meet project timelines and deliverables. Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders. Develop associates by providing supervision, training, recognition, and career guidance. Travel & Shift Shift: Primarily overnight; night shifts average 10–12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home; 80% of the time away or 17–21 days per trip. Mileage is reimbursed and overnight stays are paid. Salary & Benefits Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area; OR 3 years of experience in the same fields. Reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business or related field. 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
