Completion of all required paperwork, including getting required signatures on documents and bill of ladings Maintaining and complying with all state and federal laws Obeying DOT and FMCSA E-log requirements Submitting all load documents in a timely manner Upholding a professional attitude at all times Keeping load appointments on time and as scheduled Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License Current Medical Certificate 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience Tanker Endorsement Hazmat Endorsement Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances A preventable rollover or fatality crash Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety A major preventable accident Two or more moving convictions Benefits Holiday and vacation pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Life insurance, disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (Health & Dependent Care) 401 (K)Profit sharing with company match (fully vested after 3 years) Additional Perks Paid detention Paid training and orientation, $200/day $1,500 Quarterly Retention Bonus * Guaranteed pay Weekly Direct Deposit Safety Commitments We make safety a part of every decision We make safety personal We have the courage to intervene Pay Range USD $1,100.00 - USD $1,300.00 /Wk.
