- Apply primer, paint, and clear coat using spray guns in a paint booth
- Perform body work repairs, including bondo application
- Prepare vehicles for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming)
- Wet sand, sand, and buff finished vehicles
- Maintain the paint booth and properly use/store painting products
- Previous related experience or technical training
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and paint spec sheets
- Ability to meet paint manufacturer requirements
- Ability to support prep work and final paint application
- Automotive painting processes (primer, paint application, clear coat)
- Spray gun operation and paint booth workflow
- Vehicle preparation: cleaning, sanding, priming, spec-driven finishing
- Surface finishing: wet sanding and buffing
- Paint product usage, storage, and booth maintenance
