Automotive Painter

Pay : $27-$34/hr

Shift : 6:30 am-3:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

Location : Bedford Park, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Automotive Painter for our automotive manufacturing client to start 07/10/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Apply primer, paint, and clear coat using spray guns in a paint booth
Perform body work repairs, including bondo application
Prepare vehicles for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming)
Wet sand, sand, and buff finished vehicles
Maintain the paint booth and properly use/store painting products

Qualifications

Previous related experience or technical training
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and paint spec sheets
Ability to meet paint manufacturer requirements
Ability to support prep work and final paint application

Skills

Automotive painting processes (primer, paint application, clear coat)
Spray gun operation and paint booth workflow
Vehicle preparation: cleaning, sanding, priming, spec-driven finishing
Surface finishing: wet sanding and buffing
Paint product usage, storage, and booth maintenance
