Marcella Harpole’s Agency is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join a high-performing, sales-focused team where hard work, consistency, and a commitment to helping customers are valued.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced insurance producer or a strong sales professional looking to grow in the insurance industry. Responsibilities

• Work warm, inbound leads provided by the agency—no cold calling required.
• Connect with customers, understand their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Quote and sell a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, RV, Renters, Commercial, Umbrella, Pet, Life, and more.
• Build value through consultative conversations and help customers make confident coverage decisions.
• Follow up with opportunities and work toward individual sales and production goals.
• Present coverage options, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Partner with the agency’s customer experience team to ensure a smooth transition after the sale.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information while following agency and insurance guidelines.

Requirements

• Hold an active Texas Property Casualty license; Life Health is a plus.
• Have a proven track record in insurance or another results-driven sales environment.
• Are confident, competitive, and motivated by measurable goals.
• Know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and close business.
• Are self-motivated, accountable, and consistent with follow-up.
• Are coachable and always looking for ways to improve.
• Enjoy working alongside a high-performing, supportive sales team.
