Supervisor, Maintenance

Summary This role will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep of the equipment and facilites. This role will oversee a team of maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget. Essential Functions Ensures safe implementation of maintenance procedures Delegates inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues Plans and oversees repair and installation activities Monitors equipment inventory and places orders when necessary Responsible for budget adherence and expense management Manages relationships with contractors and service providers Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
