MILLWORK/DOOR MANUFACTURER/DISTRUBUTOR TERRITORY MANAGERShuster's Building Components, an industry leading door manufacturer of both interior and exterior door units, is actively seeking a salesperson to manage our Harrisburg, Lancaster, Gettysburg, York sales territory. Applicants should have:strong computer skills and the ability to teach and trainresidency in the central sales areaoutside sales experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right applicantability to train and educate new and existing customers in our proprietary ordering software, in effort to maintain and gain market shareapplicant should have strong people skills and the ability to network and explore all potential opportunitiesthe expert ability to effectively manage the days / weeks schedule to ensure task are completed satisfactorilyThe position is a full time position that offers a competitive compensation and benefit package:Base salary +commissionspaid mileage and expensesHealth, Dental and Vision insurance401k retirement planlife insuranceShort term and Long term disability
