Make a meaningful impact working with elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a collaborative, supportive setting for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working across multiple sites and with diverse elementary populations, helping students unlock their communication potential.

As an SLP, you will provide specialized support split between two elementary buildings, serving students in grades K–5. With a 0.6 FTE schedule (approximately 23 hours per week), there’s flexibility to balance your professional commitments and personal life while making a lasting difference. The caseload will be determined in alignment with district needs, ensuring manageable assignments, and resources are tailored to help you succeed.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid or pending Minnesota SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEPs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records and progress reports per district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
