• Assist with mobility and transfer care, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as outlined in the client's care plan
• Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care, as required
