Registered Respiratory Therapist II

Role: Respiratory Therapist II Provide patient-centered respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, airway procedures, and pulmonary diagnostics. Assess patients, collaborate with healthcare team members, and develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and support staff, mentor new employees and students. Ensure safety and quality through accurate documentation, adherence to protocols, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Promote evidence-based practices and maintain compliance with policies and standards. Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-RRT), Respiratory Care Professional license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required. 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
