Tools & Automation Engineer - HCLTech
Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation tools that streamline asset‑management processes and ITIL workflows. Implement best practices to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Provide on‑call support for escalated incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new solutions into existing infrastructure and improve overall operational efficiency. Document code, processes, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Requirements Proficiency in Python and scripting languages for automation development. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and asset‑management best practices. Experience with DevOps tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
