• 24-hour coverage -- Mon through Sun
• ~15 patients per day, 1 clinic day per week
• Both outpatient and inpatient practice setting
• APPs take all first call
• 3 days per week in the OR
• 1 TAVR day per week
• Daily rounding -- approximately 1 hour per day with AP support
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
